Community care management Client ownership South East London 30,000– 32,000

Take ownership of a portfolio of community care packages as a Care Manager, overseeing quality, client relationships, care teams and the effective day–to–day delivery of services across South East London.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Coordinator, Client Manager or Package Manager looking to step into a broader Care Manager position with responsibility for both service quality and commercial performance.

As Care Manager, you will manage a portfolio of care packages, ensuring clients receive safe, person–centred and high–quality care while maintaining strong relationships with families, care teams and internal stakeholders.

You will:

Take ownership of a caseload of community care packagesComplete regular client reviews and monitor service qualityManage and support remote care teamsBuild strong relationships with clients, families and care workersEnsure safeguarding, compliance and quality standards are maintainedMonitor staffing levels and support effective rota managementContribute to financial KPIs, forecasting and budget deliverySupport the growth and development of existing care packagesMaintain accurate records and service documentationParticipate in an on–call rotaWhat We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Care Manager or senior care professional with:

Experience within domiciliary care, complex care, community care or supported livingPrevious responsibility for care packages, clients or care teamsStrong organisational and communication skillsExperience managing remote staffGood knowledge of safeguarding and quality standardsStrong client relationship skillsCommercial awareness and an understanding of service delivery KPIsA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleExperience as a Senior Care Coordinator, Client Manager, Package Manager, Field Care Supervisor or Service Manager would all be highly relevant.
