What You'll Be Doing

? Leading the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care service Supporting and developing care staff Ensuring compliance with CQC standards Managing care plans, risk assessments, and client reviews Building strong relationships with families and professionals Coordinating rotas and staff deployment Handling safeguarding concerns with professionalism Driving continuous improvement and person-centred care ? What You'll Need

At least 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager in domiciliary care Strong leadership and organisational skills Solid understanding of care legislation and CQC requirements Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle ? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (desirable) ? What We Offer
