They are now looking for a Business Canvasser with proven lettings experience to support their growth by engaging with landlords and property owners.

The Role of the Business Canvasser – Property Telesales:

* Contact prospective landlords and property owners using the internal CRM and additional lead sources

* Build relationships and present the company’s lettings and property management services

* Secure new instructions and grow the managed property portfolio

* Maintain accurate records of activity and progress within the CRM

* Work closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth onboarding of new business

The Person:

* Experience within the lettings industry is essential, ideally with knowledge of the London market

* Confident, articulate and professional telephone manner

* Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach

* Results-driven, motivated, and able to work independently

* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a pipeline of opportunities

* Basic salary of up to £28,000
