Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group support to students at risk of exclusion or disengagementWork closely with the SEN and pastoral teams to implement strategies that promote positive behaviourSupport students in and outside of class, including supervised break and lunchtime dutiesRecord behavioural incidents and contribute to intervention planningBuild strong relationships to help students feel supported and valued

Requirements:

Degree or background in Psychology, Criminology or Youth Work (preferred)Resilient, empathetic and calm under pressureConfident working with challenging behaviour or SEMH needsCommitted to safeguarding and student welfare
