Location: Wolverhampton (Various Care Homes)

Pay Rate: 15.56 per hour

Shifts: Ad hoc shifts across weekdays, evenings, nights and weekends

What You'll Be Doing

As an Adult Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing person–centred care and supportAssisting with daily living activitiesPromoting independence and wellbeingOffering emotional support and companionshipSupporting residents with mobility and personal care needsMaintaining accurate records and reporting any concernsWorking collaboratively with care teams to deliver high–quality care

Previous experience working within adult care settingsA caring, empathetic and patient natureAn in date moving and handling certificate Strong communication and interpersonal skillsReliability and flexibility to cover a variety of shiftsA commitment to delivering outstanding care and support
