Important Note:
The bed frame will not lower without a mattress on top. I assembled the bed first, then added the mattress, and was worried at first because the struts/pistons wouldn’t go down at all! But once you put your mattress on, leave it for about 30 minutes, then gently push the frame down with a bit of force — it will lower smoothly and work perfectly (As advised in the Instructions Manual).

The ink colour is lovely and very soft to the touch. The gas lift mechanism works well and makes lifting the bed easy.
