An excellent company, from first assessment to finish was 10 days, would recommend to all. The company owner Christie was very honest and straight forward to deal with, informing of any problems found that might need attention. His overall attitude to the job in hand is imparted to his work force. All are professional, courteous and very hard working, with the site left as found, neat and tidy with all waste removed. I hope the company does extremely well in the future.

What to say. From first contact by phone to arrival on sight. The discussion of what work was required to update the roof after a long bout of neglect. From settling of the price quote to the start of work. The whole experience was pretty well seamless from start to finish. Work commenced almost immediately taking in some 3.5 working days. The team never really stopped, getting on with the job. They were courteous to me and Cloughie and i have no complaints at all. The completed job looks good and i am well satisfied. They would get my recommendation. Chris is lucky to have such a reliable team.

Chris (business owner) picked up the phone immediately after I called and offered to visit us and to give a quote either on the same day or next day. We agreed on the visit date and time, and EasyFix team arrived on time, were very courteous, assessed our roof and sent us many photos illustrating its current state (in need of urgent repair and illustrating why it was leaking). Chris explained what work would be optimal for our roof and gave the quote on paper right on the spot. He answered all our questions patiently and in detail. He offered us a slot within 3 days of his first visit, which given the urgency of our situation was super-helpful. With this, he gave us time to think about the offer, and he kept that slot for us until the end of the same day. We eventually accepted the offer and the slot. On the day of roof repair, there were between 4 and 5 team members working on our roof at the same time, and the whole work lasted about 4-5 hours. The team arrived on time as agreed, and the job was done as promised. Chris sent us the photos of our repaired roof, and we were very happy to see the dramatic difference to what it was before, and to be reassured that all those multiple damages leading to the leakage were gone. On the next day it was raining, and our roof was not leaking any more! Overall, our experience with EasyFix was everything one could desire from a building company. Between the moment I attempted (successfully) to contact EasyFix for the first time and the moment our roof was repaired, less than 72 hours passed -- this was just amazing. Thank you, EasyFix!
