They were very persuasive when choosing them over other roofers. However, when the work was being done they were very pushy. They pushed for additional work to be done which is understandable but they would not take no for an answer. It wasn't in the budget to spend more unfortunately. There was a little bit of fib telling I think. They said they would use scaffolding and would get it installed the next day. We had to accept their quote within the hour so we could use their scaffolding. No scaffolding was used, only a ladder. Not sure why. The wrong colour roof tiles were used. Surely you use the same tiles to match no? I would not recommend them I'm afraid.

They replaced our entire roof within the agreed timeframe and maintained a clean worksite throughout. The finished result looks fantastic and has noticeably improved insulation. Excellent craftsmanship.
