We were very impressed with the service and staff! Cleaners were excellent. They were methodical, thorough, polite and did a fantastic job. Even though I needed the cleaning to be done with one days notice, I was given a very good quote. Definitely worth the money. A big thanks to Adam for being approachable and accommodating from the very initial conversation. A big thanks to Alina and Oyana for cleaning so well and being so wonderful.

I booked Direct support Services for a deep clean as a tenant had moved out of the property. The deep clean included windows and appliances. During the first contact they stated it would take 4/5 hours. After 2.5 they had finished and after they had left I took a closer inspection. Not too sure what they had done in those two hours as there was dirt, dust and hair left everywhere. The sofas hadn’t been moved, radiators left dusty and hair down the plug. I then spent 2 hours cleaning afterwards to make sure the job was done. Unfortunately not impressed.
