I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Although the guys arrived as scheduled, they failed to complete the job and have not returned since. My drains were left in front of my porch dirty and unfinished, with only part of the floor jet-washed. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, my calls were ignored and I was given repeated excuses. They were paid in full for the service, yet the work remains incomplete. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Based on this, I cannot recommend this company to others.

I’m very happy with the work done. Charlie replaced a missing roof tile and carried out some repointing on the ridge tiles. They got the job done quickly and professionally. Communication was clear and straightforward from the start – I first heard of him when he left a leaflet at my door, and after speaking briefly, I later got in touch to book the job . We arranged a date and he turned up as agreed. Really pleased with the result and I’d definitely recommend his services.
