Vintage Fender (1984 - 86) 12 string Stratocaster Guitar Very rare. (trades)

Fender Strat 12 string Guitar (Japan), in mint condition, plus period hard case. [Trades considered] This Fender XII guitar is one of the very early versions following the Strat twelve-string re-launch in the early '80s (the original 'hockey stick' Strat 12s now being super rare).
It has had very little use in the last 40 years and is virtually unmarked. Bought this as 'used' in 1987. Classic Strats in this condition, from this period, and from the craftsmen of Japan are rare-rare! Trades considered, but cash is best.
The experts say;
"This is an incredible vintage Fender Stratocaster XII in 3 tone sunburst from the Japanese Fuji-Gen factory, dating between 1984 and 1987 (E serial number). These guitars are becoming increasingly rare due to their limited production and cult-like following. It features traditional stratocaster pickups, switching and body contour, but with a slightly wider neck to accommodate the 12 strings.
The neck is extremely playable compared to many other 12 string models and the body, as with all stratocasters, is very comfortable both seated and standing. The hardware on the guitar is solid, featuring vintage style tuners that hold tuning very well, and a hardtail bridge with barrel style saddles.
The Fender Stratocaster XII has all of the jangle and chime that you would expect from a 12 string single coil guitar, ringing out clearly across the fretboard. The pickups sound fairly typical for a Stratocaster, delivering sparkly clean tones and responding superbly to overdrive. This guitar would be an excellent addition to any musician or producer’s arsenal as it fills a space that nothing else quite can"
