Unique Custom Built Telecaster

Description

This is a superb custom built telecaster using high quality parts. The body is a manufactured Zebra wood and has a satin finish in Danish Oil and bees wax. The cavities have been lined with copper foil to aid shielding. The high quality figured maple neck has a rosewood fretboard and is fitted with Vanson locking tuners and a GraphTech nut & string tree. The neck is treated as per USA Music Man guitars, that is, with True Oil and Gunstock wax to give a smooth satin finish.

It has new Fender Yosemite pickups as used on their Performer Teles, a 3-way selector switch, full size potentiometers, “orange drop” capacitor and is wired in the Fender Greasebucket configuration (as in the Performer Teles). This ensures the there is no volume change when the tone control is rolled back. It has a top-loading bridge fitted with compensated brass saddles to improve intonation and has a Guitars Electric front plate.

It has had a full set-up with 9-42 strings and is ready to go.

If needed a Line 6 Spider III amp and jack lead are available for an extra £35. This amp has 15 watts, 4 programmable pre-sets and lots of effects – see photo.
