Tom Morello inspired Stratocaster with special wiring.

It has a kill switch so you can channel your inner Tom Morello and Rage Against The Machine love (or Buckethead, or Johnny 5). It also has a blender pot for series sounds. And a red light, which makes it 184% cooler! What else can you wish for?

Quartz-looking pick guard, metal pickup covers to contribute to the general aesthetic. This guitar looks the part.

Flamed maple neck with a very comfortable C profile. Beautiful, resonant wood. Very low action.

Neck attached to the body with a set of stainless steel M4 bolts and wood inserts. This construction is much more solid that the usual 4 wood screws. It yields a better stability and much improved sustain with a thicker sound (the picture is obviously from another neck).

The back heel was contoured to make access to the highest frets a breeze. You may not need your guitargasm face any more when reaching that high D. Sorry about that.

Locking tuners.

New Wilkinson bridge with pop-in bar and an Allen adjustment screw. Genius piece of hardware.

THE SWITCHING:
5 position pickup selector. The usual combinations while the blender pot is inactive.

1 kill switch for those Tom Morello licks. Red LED light so it can be easily found in the dark. Since there's no pot there, palm muting on the 1st string is a piece of cake and you won't be turning your volume down as it happens with a normal Strat.

1 General volume pot

1 Blender Pot to put the middle pickup IN SERIES with either the neck pickup or the bridge pickup.
This combination is humbucking so you get the thickness, low noise and volume of a humbucker while retaining the detail and the definition of a single coil. It's a really cool possibility that not many guitars provide. Strats are usually wired in parallel. The popular Gilmour mod connects pickups in parallel too.
This allows you to have the usual single coil Strat possibilities plus 2 extra full fat sounds, and all the combinations in between. You can keep the pot at zero for rhythm and set it to maximum to push your amp harder for solo playing. Or set the Blender Pot somewhere half way to get some very interesting out of phase sounds. This guitar is extra versatile!

There's a micro switch to switch the LED on or off. It's held under the scratch plate and can be actioned with your fingers. The kill switch doesn't need the LEDs to be on to work.
