History-

New thinner strings and saddle sanded down have lowered the high action it had from leaving Martin in Mexico. Now OK / comfortable to play but before was hard to play so it’s original mainly electric guitar playing owner just didn’t play it.

The condition therefore is very good but the non gloss finish does attract the odd mark which not ding, crack or scratch just a different colour in the finish that on a glossy guitar would polish away but generally still very good. Plays nicely as an at home on the couch practice guitar/ parlour guitar and the smaller size also makes it nice and comfortable to play.

I use it as a cheaper guitar to take outside when it might rain or a guitar that can sit out and be played when you fancy some quick practice while the more expensive one stays in the case but I haven a yen to try a 12 string.

Also a genuine bargain. I got it very cheap as it was then almost unplayable. Now sorted out but as I am not a dealer only a guitarist who swaps around a bit I don’t need to make a profit so you get the guitar for £295 not the £450 that is the lowest end of the eBay going rate. I get a quick sale.
If you are someone from local guitar groups I know even more discount available.

I used to buy up old guitars and sort them out and sell then on and always dealt in cash and only to people who come and play it. Occasionally travel small distance to meet someone half way. Prefer sell to guitarist than to dealer who will add a £150 and sell it for a quick or not so quick .

If you come and try out the guitar to check it sounds good and is easy to play
Please bring the money in used notes with different serial numbers in a brown paper bag.
