A real beauty here, all original 1988 wine red Les Paul Standard in superb, collectors condition with original chainsaw case.

These late 80s Gibson's were made when they were at the top of their game, the fit and finish is superb. It plays and sounds immense, with a super low action, no crackles or scratchy pots. Frets are great with very little wear. Lovely slim neck profile, with just a small amount of wear on the rear, and a little bit of worming on the back of the body. Just a few small marks here and there, lovely lacquer checking on the headstock and the top is superb. Weighs in at 9lb 13oz which is not too bad at all.

Complete with original gen 3 chainsaw case in great condition with just one missing latch from the end, the two side latches work perfectly.

Bought from the original owner, it really has been looked after and cared for. Just a great guitar that you don't see very often for sale.
