Fender Classic Series Stratocaster 1950s Reissue Electric Guitar - Made in Mexico 2017.

These are excellent, possibly previously underrated guitars but now starting to become ever more sought after. I really like these guitars.

Based on the iconic 1950s Strat this guitar has the classic Fiesta Red finish with single ply white scratchplate, comfy soft V shaped maple neck / fretboard.

This one has had a life and has marks and scuffs and scrapes, indents and small dings in places as detailled in the photos below. There are some minor dings and small indents on the back of the neck , an indent on the top edge of the fretboard 6th fret area and a chip to the back edge of the headstock.

There are other marks and signs of use, scuffs in places and it has that lightly roadworn vibe. The strings are new and like all Classic Series guitars from this era the quality overall is excellent. The action is low however you may wish to tweak the set up to suit you.

There is some light fretwear on the first few frets.

The rear trem cover plate is a replacemnt I fitted, it's more aged in colour than the scratchplate but the screw holes ligned up so i installed it. The trem arm is also a replcement.

The pickups are the same 016730 numbered Alnico single coils with the white pen parts code as also used in Fender American Standard guitars of the same approximate age. The pots are CTS and the electrics work cleanly and well.

Comes with pre owned Ritter gig bag.
