Description
Only 55 of these guitars exist, made by Eko in 2014 to celebrate their 55th birthday. This is no. 10. A potential collectors' item, it's beautiful both in looks and sound. Solid alpine spruce (now matured) and solid rosewood, trimmed with abalone. Very like a Martin 000-18 in size but with a wider lower bout. 630mm scale. 44.5mm nut. I have had an extra strap button, a translucent pick guard, and a K&K Pure Mini passive pickup fitted. The strings are brand new: Elixir Nanoweb PB, 12 gauge. The guitar has been extremely well cared-for. 11 years old, it has 1 tiny ding and one small mark in the headstock varnish (see photos). There are one or two very slight scratches on the back, which I couldn't even photograph. It comes with the original, substantial soft case. Cash only. Welcome to come and try it.
