I have for sale a Eastman E10 OOSS Adirondack/Mahogany Electro acoustic for sale. First of all, if you see this selling on reverb for 529, it's not the same model. They are selling the e1 ooss, which costs £1000 less than the model I'm selling.

The guitar itself is in immaculate condition. I keep my guitars in a humidity controlled room also, so it's been well looked after.

These don't come as standard with any pickup but I had a K&K pure mini fitted, which retail around £130, so all in the guitar was around 1400 new, then with pickup fitting, setup and so on....i feel I've priced this very fairly. I can't find one anywhere near this price.

Spec wise this guitar is phenomenal value for money. Adirondack solid top, Mahogany solid back and sides. The list goes on. If you can find anything better at this price, I'll politely suggest just buying it 😂.
