Description
1970s Antoria 952 Acoustic guitar. Made in Japan and distributed by JT Coppock.
It features a Spruce top with Mahogany neck with a soft V profile and mahogany back and sides however it's an unusual arched back described by Antoria ina perid catalogue as "Full Reflection Braceless Construction", or "Swellback". I think it's loosely based on certain Guild models of the same era which also used an arched back construction.
The action is low and its nicely playable. The neck is straight and the truss rod works. The tuners buttons and backs so mild tarnishing.
Used, roadworn condition, marks , dings , scuffs and scrapes, minor indents on the back of the neck and a small area of discolouration on the back near the neck heel. See pics below to gauge condition.
Plays nicely, frets in good condition for age. New strings fitted.
