Description
I’ve never played a better twelve string guitar than this one a bought new from the Infamous London Gallery in 1978. John Levoi made his name for building gypsy jazz guitars but he also made many exquisite flat tops and arch tops. I have recently been using this as a six string for no other reason than playing it in a Joni Mitchel C tuning (coyote). Have all the pegs to restring to 12 strings. It’s twelfth fret join Which has kept it straight and true. Obviously a bit of ware and tear ho a 47 year old instrument but plays beautifully and sounds sublime. Flamed sycamore back and sides with mahogany neck. Absolute master piece. Welcome to come and try in the delightful seaside town of Deal
