Description
This rare 2020 Atkin L26 with its aged nitro finish is one of those guitars that you can't help but instantly fall in love with. With a clear nod to the Robert Johnson L-1 of the 1920s, Atkin have created a guitar that looks, feels and sounds authentically vintage.
Hand made in England the L26 has Mahogany back and sides, with a Baked Sitka Spruce top, cream bindings and X scalloped bracing. The aged nitro finish looks fantastic with some light wear and lacquer crazing added for that vintage feel. The Mahogany neck has a Rosewood fretboard, 45mm nut width and a very easy to play 24 7/8” scale length.
This is as close as you'll get to a true vintage sounding and looking acoustic but with none of the problems that age may bring. The guitar is in fantastic condition and comes complete with its Atkin hard case and Certificate of Authenticity.
