Description
Beautiful Les Paul Studio in wine red finish with chrome hardware. There have been many variations of the Studio models over the years with thinner bodies, dot markers, matt/faded finishes etc and they're great guitars regardless, but this version is closest to a 'Standard'. It has the full width body with the grain showing through the gloss wine-red finish, full-size crown neck markers, correct Gibson deluxe tuners etc. The pickups are 490R & 498T, again same as the Les Paul Standard from that time. There are a few small marks from age and use but all in all, it hasn't seen much use and is in excellent condition.
The guitar originally came with a hard case but they take up a lot of room and my guitars don't leave the house so it was replaced with a soft case/gig bag, which is included. New studios are now nudging £1500 and good 2nd hand examples are often near 4-figures making this an excellent price and likely a good investment for the future.
