Description
1970's EKO RANGER 12 in fantastic condition!
These Italian vintage guitars are a real treat for any guitar lover. It has a removable and adjustable neck and bridge saddle, which are very unusual features on modern guitars.
They have rich sound and loud projection. Look online for comments and reviews.
This example has a very beautiful wood grain on back and sides.
These guitars in this sort of condition are almost impossible to find nowadays.
This model is from the 70's and Jimmy page recorded some of Led Zeppelin's songs using one of these!
Almost all of these guitars being sold second hand have cracks on the lacquer on the top of the guitar due to expansion and contraction over the years, cracked bridges, intonation issues, neck angle issues, unlevel or coming loose frets, indented frets, bellied top near the bridge, tuning pegs instability and rust, or other damage but this one has been extremely well kept and has NONE of these problems. Only small visible marks are highlighted with the red arrows. 1 scratch, one chip on the lacquer finish around the binding and another tiny mark on the finish.
It has just been set up/serviced for the sale (worth £50)
- Neck and bridge adjusted for low action without buzzing.
(Very comfortable to play barre chords and solos)
