Description
Really useful when picking up street litter and collecting debris from the garden. To use it you put the bag over the rim of the hoop then put the bungee cord around the hoop to hold the bag in place. The hoop is very light and accepts bin bags or any bag with a similarly large opening. Can deliver locally.
