Really pleased with the work done by Matt and his team. They fitted new stairs and a balustrade for us and also re-skimmed several walls. The work went very smoothly and the finish is great.

We used MKB Developments for a full house refurbishment and the installation of a new Wren kitchen. The whole process was well organised, and the team were easy to deal with throughout. Outstanding Service from MKB Construction – Highly Recommend! We recently had a wrap-around extension done by MKB , and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our biggest concern going into the project was how disruptive it would be. With a major renovation, we expected noise, dust, and disruptions to our daily life. However, Matt, the owner of MKB, really put our minds at ease. From the very first consultation, Matt was incredibly professional, transparent, and approachable. He took the time to explain every step of the process, and his team worked efficiently, making sure the disruption was minimal. They were respectful of our space, cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, and were always considerate about noise levels. The project went smoothly, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The quality of workmanship is second to none. Matt kept us updated regularly, which was reassuring and helped us feel confident in the progress. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. MKB made a potentially stressful project completely stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone considering home renovations!
