CLARKE 2.8 KVA Petrol Generator plus similar for spares or repair and Cheap For Both!

More clear out.
I've got two petrol generators needing a new home.

One is a Clarke brand 2.8KvA and the other looks remarkably like it but it's labels have flaked off which means I cannot say which brand it is but they look the same.
This one would be handy for either spares or repair or as a reference point.

Both machines have very good compression and been stored with oil in the cylinders and turned over once in a while.

I bought them a few years back with the intention of getting them both running just as a project but life got in the way and they ended up being shed stored and left.

The Clarke one had some kind person steal the carb and associated spring linkage which didn't help but I bought a new carb etc which has never had fuel in it as yet.

Ignore the various bits of black framework tied on with bits of string in some of the pics with the yellow sack barrow, they were just to move it to a suitable photo location and they don't come with the machines as they were a mess anyway.

I've never had either machine running and obviously cannot claim either both or only one will run and produce power but if anyone fancies a good and probably easy project then these may be what you need.

I'm classing them both as 'Fair Condition' for the purpose of the posting but in reality that's only because I've not tried to get them running, even looking at them you can see they're better than fair condition.
If I get time, I'll give them a try and then upgrade the listing to their real condition.

Both machines are to go as one lot and the asking price is for both machines, not just one.

If you look up the price of just one of the similar current Clarke units you'll see what you get here is but a fraction of the price and that's just for one but here you get two!
I believe a similar machine costs about £300 to £400.

At this price there's no point in splitting the two machines so they go as one
