Description
We didn't like the flimsy benches we saw in shops, so decided the only option was to make one. That turned out so well, more followed. These benches has been made with a lot of attention to detail, to be sturdy and watertight. The vintage frames have been completely sanded and repainted. The wood is new plane and has been varnished top and bottom, with extra support brackets underneath.
The one with 2 panels measures about 49 inches wide, 34 inches high and 22 inches deep. The one with the curved back measures about 46 inches wide, 28 inches high and 21 inches deep. Previous benches of a similar size have fitted into the back seat of a car. Either bench for £95, or both together for £170. Collection only from Stretton DE13.
