After several calls with celebrants, we finally came across Sue, and from the moment we spoke to her, it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. What started as a quick video call turned into a two-hour conversation, and it all felt so easy and natural. Sue’s warmth and sincerity were evident from the very start, and we knew instantly that she was the perfect choice to be part of our special day. After booking, we stayed in regular contact, and when we visited North Devon in December (ahead of our June wedding), we had the pleasure of meeting Sue in person for a coffee. Sue curated a beautiful, personalized ceremony using the questionnaires she provided, making sure every moment reflected who we are as a couple. She went above and beyond on the day, decorating our signing table with gorgeous sea-themed decor that she knew we’d love—a thoughtful and personal touch. She also performed a handfasting ceremony, which was incredibly special and meaningful to us. On top of that, Sue came the day before the wedding to guide us through a rehearsal, ensuring everything was perfectly timed and that we felt confident and prepared for the big day. Sue’s personal touch, kindness, and dedication are unmatched. She made us feel supported and comfortable every step of the way, and her commitment to making our day perfect was clear from start to finish.
