Description
38,640 genuine miles from new. TAX and MOT exempt.
She is one of the very early MKI’s and really has to be seen to be appreciated and is a timeless classic. This is a genuine car. There aren’t many of these around now.
She was dry stored for 31 years before I bought her in 2020 with 36,000 miles on the clock. She has been regularly serviced and the service history prove this.
The interior is completely original, including the stereo and speakers and has never been welded. The engine bay is also original.
I have had 4 new tyres fitted, all new brakes, a new cambelt and a new fuel tank.
The only minor bodywork I have had done are two slight blow-ins on the front wings due to surface scrapes.
Although the car is exempt from MOT, she has been regularly MOT’d since I’ve had her.
She drives as well now as she did when she left the factory in 1983.
This is a genuine reason for sale. Any questions or inspections welcomed.
