Description
Finest light "raw" floral honey from my own garden hives. We are situated high in the Glengormley Hills, a location which allows the honey bees to forage on all the local hedgerow goodies here from blackberry blossom to meadowsweet. In addition the hives are situated in my large wildflower garden which is organically managed. The honey is never heated above hive temperature and merely lightly strained before bottling. Perfect for hayfever sufferers.
