Excalibur 9 Tray Dehydrator

The Excalibur 9-Tray Dehydrator is a high-capacity appliance designed for efficient and even drying of a wide variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs, jerky, fruit leathers, and even for raising bread or making yogurt. It features 9 large, removable, dishwasher-safe plastic trays measuring 15 inches by 15 inches (380mm x 380mm), providing a total drying area of 14.4 to 15 square feet. This large drying space makes it ideal for families, large gardens, or commercial use.

The dehydrator utilizes Excalibur's patented Parallexx™ Horizontal Airflow system, which ensures continuous, even circulation of thermostatically controlled warm air across all trays, eliminating the need for tray rotation and promoting consistent drying results. It is powered by a 600-watt motor with a 7-inch fan for enhanced air circulation. The adjustable thermostat allows for a temperature range from 35°C to 74°C (95°F to 165°F), which is low enough to preserve enzymes in raw foods and high enough to safely dehydrate meat for jerky.

It has a 26-hour timer.
