We found Liam through Bark for work on our property in Harrogate. He visited the property and quoted for the job with a detailed quote. Before starting we contacted a few of his references and even visited a property he has worked on. We scheduled him to start in the Autumn. Liam turned up at 8am on the scheduled day ready to start. He lined up all the trades involved and the project went very smoothly. He removed the old kitchen, took down the wall between the kitchen and dinning room using two steels, re positioned other doors, re-wired, installed a new kitchen, prepared the flooring for underfloor heating and tiles, completed the skirting & architrave. We've been very happy with Liam and co. and we are extremely happy with the results.

Extremely pleased with Liam and his capabilities. Very professional individual with a whole team of supporting trades so that nothing is too much trouble. We bought a standard red brick three bed semi in need of full makeover. Full re-wire and re-plumb, opening up kitchen diner with a structural steel, creating a new toilet space etc, etc. All works done efficiently and effectively. Liam can turn his hands to anything but his carpentry - creating partitions, door ways and hanging doors - not to mention creating a room under the stairs with bespoke (MDF) doorway was faultless. Liam also fitted our new kitchen alongside the more mundane soil pipe toilet trenching and electricity cabinet construction on an outside wall and everything in between. Liam is particularly noteworthy for his contacts and pricing ability balancing practicality with sound business sense and pricing. Easily contactable too (so far removed from tales of elusive trades) and "on it" administration. If LR Joinery don't know they have the contacts (often buddies who work very well together) to do the plumbing or electrical or plastering finesse. Highly recommended.
