I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I paid a substantial amount to have my front and back gardens renovated, but the quality was unacceptable.
In the back garden, they used mismatched tiles and the workmanship was poor. In the front, I asked for properly laid and secured gravel, but they didn’t remove the lawn or prepare the ground. Within 15 days, weeds were already growing through the gravel.
When I contacted them about these issues, they blocked my number instead of responding. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
Martin, you should be ashamed of treating customers this way. Charging high prices for substandard work and blocking complaints is unprofessional. I hope this warns others considering your services.
