This is a good no frills bike to start exercising.
Solidly built, max ,user weight 125 kgs ( 19.5 stone). Comfortable, adjustable saddle.
Large screen displays speed, distance, calories, pulse and an alarm when you reach target heart rate; hand grips monitor pulse.
Has 5 pre-set programmes to add a bit of variation to a routine.
Very good condition
Manual available.
Splits in two for easy transport.
