We are a Housing Association and required Security Patrols to be conducted at a number of properties that we own. Due to Police shortage, we needed a professional company to help us. The DGCS team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end to end time to process complex transactions among a number of parties. DGCS now look after all our properties and we have had some fantastic feedback from our residents and also seen some great crime reduction. We wished we had engaged with DGCS sooner!

We got in touch with DGCS to discuss looking after our private estate. Since the first meeting they have been extremely professional. Not only do they provide 24/7 Guarding on our estate, they also provide 24/7 mobile patrols and incident response to our estate. Their Control room is very professional and easy to use - notifying us of any alerts or incidents and making sure our residents are safe at all times.

We enquired DGCS about providing street patrols in our area due to a lack of policing and rise in local crime. They where extremely professional and their team is continuing to provide a great service patrolling our streets. Myself and the local residents are very happy and we have renewed our contract with them.
