We hired Avon Valley Security to manage a four day festival and they were exceptional throughout. Their search teams were thorough and professional, locating concealed knives and drugs and handling every discovery expertly. They’re the only company we’ve seen in over 20 years who, once prohibited items are found, bag, tag and document them, provide an incident report to us, and dispose of the items securely. That level of diligence gave us real confidence. Having their medical teams on site made a huge difference too. It streamlined communication and meant security and medical responses were coordinated, fast, and calm. Their team integrated with our staff and volunteers like they’d known each other for years - respectful, approachable, and completely on it. The senior leadership’s experience really showed in the way they led our major incident and counter-terrorism planning; everything was considered, documented, and rehearsed without fuss. In short: highly professional, detail driven, and a pleasure to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to bring Avon Valley Security back next year.
