Our client based in Cirencester is currently seeking a Wire Harness Technician to join their growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, working on high–quality cable harness assemblies.

Wire Harness Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires to assemble harnesses in line with technical specifications Perform continuity and electrical testing on finished harnesses using appropriate test equipment Inspect completed products to ensure compliance with quality standards, resolving any identified faults Maintain accurate documentation of assembly steps, materials used, and testing results Provide suggestions for process or design improvements Carry out routine maintenance of tools and equipment used in the assembly process Follow all company procedures, including health and safety protocols Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment, ensuring the correct use of PPE at all times Wire Harness Technician Ideal Candidate:

Experience in wire harness assembly Confident in reading and working from wiring diagrams and schematics Skilled in soldering, crimping, and using a variety of connectors and hand tools Experience with testing equipment such as multimeters and continuity testers Wire Harness Technician Working Hours and Benefits:

Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 (Flexible) Potential to go permanent for the right candidate
