Are you a driven and detail-oriented Town Planner looking to take the next step in your career? We're working with a well-established and respected consultancy in the Hampshire area that's looking to expand its planning team with a talented professional like you.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking planning consultancy that works across a broad range of residential, commercial, and rural projects. You'll play a key role in delivering expert planning advice, managing applications, and liaising with stakeholders from both the private and public sectors.

As a Town Planner, you will:

Manage a diverse portfolio of planning applications and appeals

Provide strategic advice to clients on planning and development potential

Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies

Liaise with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders

Keep up to date with planning legislation and policy changes

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and ready to make an impact. Ideally, you'll have:

A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred)

MRTPI status or working towards full chartered membership

Experience in a planning role (public or private sector considered)

Strong communication and report-writing skills

A proactive and professional approach with the ability to manage deadlines
