Role Overview:
Fully REMOTE (UK preferred)
As our Community Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our platform and the people who rely on it. You’ll help users feel seen, supported, and inspired by organising events, amplifying their stories, and keeping our community spaces inclusive and engaging.
What the role involves:
Hosting virtual events, onboarding sessions, and AMAs
Moderating Discord, WhatsApp, or forums with care and clarity
Building local ambassador and outreach programmes
Requirements (All optative):
Empathy and strong written communication
Fluency in more than one language is a big plus
Familiarity with community platforms (Slack, Discord, Telegram, etc.)
What success looks like:
Users feel supported, heard, and included
You help local champions grow their voice
Our community spaces thrive with energy and clarity
