Quality Engineer

We are partnered with a well–established British engineering company based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, renowned for designing and manufacturing premium, high–performance products.

They are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to take ownership of quality across the business. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this hands–on role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to improve processes, raise quality standards, and shape the future of the quality function.

In this Quality Engineer role based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, you will:

Drive quality activities across production, supplier quality, goods–in inspection, and customer returnsInvestigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvementDevelop quality procedures, documentation, and inspection processes across manufacturingWork closely with suppliers and internal teams to embed a strong quality culture

The ideal Quality Engineer will have:

Experience in a Quality Engineering role within an electronics manufacturing environmentA hands–on approach, with experience implementing quality processes and driving continuous improvementStrong problem–solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve manufacturing quality issuesExperience working with suppliers, production teams, and customers to maintain high quality standards
