Project Manager

Description

My client is currently looking for a Project Manager to be based in their Netheridge site in Gloucester.

GBP(Apply online only) per day – Inside IR35

6 months contract, with a possibility of it being extended

Experience Needed

Strong project management skills (Ideally with a Water background)Experience delivering construction projectsExperience managing contracts with NEC3/4 and a working knowledge of the CDM RegulationsExperience in project delivery to time and within budget, taking responsibility for financial monitoring and control, managing risks, and commercial governance throughout the lifecycle of the projectExcellent communication skills, interface with Senior Programme Manager, our Operational Team and effectively manage other stakeholders across the business, communicating successfully on project deliverableDelivering key projects throughout their lifecycleTo have a water hygiene card in place (Blue Card)Creating and managing project plans, including scope and schedule whilst proactively managing the project timelineIdentify and manage risks with both internal and external stakeholdersManaging Project budgets and forecasting costsFull attendance at site (Either Frankley or Strensham)Develop Project scope and manage changesWeekly progress update meetings with Contractors and the Operational Team including daily stand upsTrack Project milestones and deliverablesLeading on safety at site including daily briefings with contractors and weekly safety walksManaging the contract (NEC)
