Degree or equivalent in building surveying, RICS membership or progressing to chartership. Practical building surveying experience, AutoCAD competence and a clean driving licence required. Completion or in-progress RICS External Wall Systems Assessment training and OS security clearance are desirable. Evidence of commercial contribution advantageous.
