Job title: Power Automate SpecialistLocation: SussexDay rate: GBP375-GBP425 per day - Outside IR35 Start date: ASAPDuration: 1-2 months Job RoleWe are looking to engage with a MS Power Automate Specialist to design, implement, and maintain resilient, automated workflows that support the deployment of real-time display screens across multiple sites in Sussex.As a Power Automate Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating with large internal systems, ensuring that displays screens reflect accurate, relevant data tailored to each location's operational needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain resilient login processes to enable seamless access to various digital displays used on multiple client sites.Automate the launch and navigation of the application, ensuring it opens to a defined screen or module relevant to the context.Design scalable deployment workflows for a wide range of devices and screen types, recognising that a one-size-fits-all approach is not viable due to differing departmental requirements, screen resolutions or physical locations.Collaborate with teams to understand departmental needs and translate them into robust automation and display solutions.Document workflows, configuration, and deployment processes to enable knowledge sharing and future scaling. Skills & Experience Extensive experience with workflow automation platform Microsoft Power AutomateCreating cloud flows, instant flows, scheduled flows and desktop flowsUsing triggers, conditions, loops, and actionsManaging approvals, notifications, and error handlingUnderstanding connectors
