The Role

Respond promptly to mechanical and electrical breakdowns, diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs to minimise downtimeUndertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of production machineryComplete end of shift reports, logging work completedSupport continuous improvement projects and contribute ideas to enhance plant performanceEnsure all work is carried out safely and in line with company proceduresParticipate in on-call system for out of hours maintenance

About You

Time-served Maintenance Engineer with relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ3/HNC/HND)Multi-skilled, able to attend to both mechanical and electrical breakdownsStrong, technical fault-finding skillsConfident fault-finding on Siemens PLCs (I/O level)Experience with AC/DC motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pipefittingProactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
