Realistically this role will suit someone who desires stability and has medium to long-term career goals, this role will not be suitable for candidates who job hop every 18 months.

The Role:

Working on a 3on / 3off basis, alternating days & nights.

Reporting into an Engineering Team Lead you will work within a large Engineering team. To carry out planned and unplanned maintenance with a single point of focus on a large production line. Help develop maintenance plans and strategies with your Reliability Engineer. There will be an element of coaching less experienced members of the team.

The Person:

You will have previously worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Multi-skilled either bias. Be a natural problem solver who has a mind for getting to the root cause of issues. Must be either apprenticeship qualified or hold an engineering based NVQ level 3 or better. Ideally have some form of Electrical qualification.
