We're working with a leading specialist in high–performance, business–critical environments and they re looking for an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to join their team and take the lead on major projects across the M3/M4 corridor.

This company is known for delivering excellence across the full project lifecycle from design, consultancy, construction, interior fit–out, and ongoing maintenance. With several significant project wins secured and a strong pipeline ahead, now s the perfect time to come on board and play a pivotal role in their next chapter of growth.

The Role:

As Commissioning Manager, you ll be the driving force behind the end–to–end commissioning process for complex MEP systems from early planning to successful handover. You ll work across a range of critical projects, including data centres and highly technical environments, ensuring everything runs to the highest standards.

Responsibilities: Lead the full commissioning strategy across all project stages. Conduct reviews and develop commissioning plans/reports. Chair commissioning meetings, track issues, and manage all testing documentation. Oversee FAT, SAT, and IST through all levels (1 5). Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery. Drive compliance, reporting, and health & safety standards. Support client training, documentation, and final handover processes. About You: ONC, HND or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Commissioning management experienced Experience in critical environments with some data centre exposure required, even if minimal. Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK. (url removed)
