Job Title: CAD / BIM Coordinator (MEP)

Location: North London (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 (DOE)

An established North London design consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated CAD / BIM Coordinator with an MEP focus to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about building services design and digital coordination to contribute to a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of high–quality Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) models and coordinated drawings, working closely with engineers, architects, and external consultants to ensure fully integrated design solutions across all project stages.

The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, combining office collaboration with remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and coordinate MEP CAD drawings and BIM models across multiple projectsSupport engineering teams in producing accurate mechanical, electrical, and public health design informationEnsure BIM standards, protocols, and level of detail requirements are consistently maintainedCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and design issuesAssist in improving BIM workflows, templates, and digital delivery processesContribute to model audits and quality assurance checks

Requirements:

Experience in a CAD / BIM coordination role within the building services (MEP) sectorStrong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCADGood understanding of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and industry standardsExperience working within residential and/or commercial project environmentsStrong attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsEnthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop within a collaborative teamAbility to manage workload across multiple projects and deadlinesThis position offers the opportunity to join a forward–thinking and supportive environment, working on a diverse pipeline of technically challenging and rewarding projects within the built environment.
