Our client is a growing mechanical contractor based in London, delivering full design and build solutions across a wide range of mechanical services, with the majority of projects located locally in Central London.

With a large and ever growing forward order book, they're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage mechanical project deliveryDeliver projects on time and within budgetAttend site meetings with all stakeholders adding value to the discussions and problem solve where requiredUpdate mechanical drawings accurately and timely where changes are requiredAttend site surveys where required and feedback information to allow for accurate quotations to be generatedEnsure all trades are scheduled to complete their installations within programManage trades effectively and efficientlyOrder materials for delivery in a timely mannerBe aware and raise any foreseeable installation issues on site before they become major problems Mechanical Project Manager

Role Requirements:

Strong mechanical background, ideally with hands-on experience in HVAC systems (LTHW, CHW, DX, VRF) and plumbing installationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCompetent with IT systems and software used in project deliverySolid understanding of health & safety requirements, with relevant certificationsSelf-motivated and able to work independently Please be aware this job description is a general overview and subject to change as per our clients' needs.
