We re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This hands-on role is vital in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment and site utilities within our fast-paced FMCG environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure production continuity.Diagnose faults and perform breakdown repairs on plant and service equipment using problem-solving techniques to ensure long-term solutions.Develop and deliver planned maintenance and maintenance requests.Ensure adherence to statutory checks and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).Carry out risk assessments for non-routine tasks and operate under permit-to-work systems.Participate in continuous improvement and capital projects.Participate in production cell reviews, engineering meetings, and shift handovers.Experience and Qualifications Required:
Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled).Strong knowledge/experience of PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley).
