Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm + Call out rota
Are you an experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer ready to take the next step in your career?
Our client is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join their team, providing hands-on maintenance expertise while supporting the day-to-day running of the Maintenance Department.
You'll be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, supporting technicians and contractors, ensuring high Health & Safety standards, and helping to keep site facilities operating safely and efficiently.

The Role
Supervising and supporting the Maintenance TeamPlanning and prioritising routine and corrective maintenanceSupporting contractors, shutdowns and project workEnsuring Health & Safety and compliance standards are maintainedIdentifying opportunities for plant improvementEnsuring maintenance systems and documentation are kept accurate and up to dateTaking responsibility for day-to-day maintenance performanceThe Candidate
Instrumentation qualification - Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3Good working knowledge of electrical systems4-5 years' relevant maintenance experience in a supervisory capacityExperience within oil & gas or a similar industryStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systemsExcellent communication and leadership skillsProactive, reliable and able to work under pressureWhat's in it for you?
